Always be sure to check your receipts for survey offers!! The offers are usually found at the bottom of the receipt. All you have to do is call in to the survey line, answer a few Quality Control questions (usually about your experience) and write your validation code in the space provided. Then, take your ENTIRE receipt to the store to redeem your offer! It's that easy!
Receipt offers range anywhere from FREE items (Sonic, Schlotsky's as examples) to percentages off (Old Navy, JCPenney)!!
Be sure to pay close attention to the date on the offer as some survey need to be completed within 7 days of purchase date.
